Ну, то есть на момент перехода границы советскими войсками польское правительство таки находилось в Варшаве и по прежнему контролировало примерно 30-40% территории. Контроль был потерян после нападения СССР; на чем сидели до того польское руководство - это, как я понимаю, оценочное суждение авторов русской Вики?

У Асада кмк на момент вступления в войну России было еще меньше территории под контролем, он также терял территорию, и если бы не поддержка России, он бы, вполне вероятно, и полностью контроль вскоре бы потерял.
